SCARY WOODS

In 2014, Violet Core and Dr Woe decided to give their common musical activities a name that was quickly found through their love of gloomy atmospheres and their passion for the mystical. Scary Woods is an electronically-experimental producer duo from Hamburg that has focused on dark-side drum & bass.

The duo not only produces Drum & Bass but also Downtempo tracks, of which they have already released Watching Trees as a Freetune. Scary Woods have released their debut EP Pulse on September 6th 2019 on Insomnius Music. The Drum & Bass EP reflects the different facets of their musical influences and abilities.

In their sets, Scary Woods combine their own productions and unreleased Insomnius Music Tunes, as well as the best that dark & heavy drum & bass has to offer.
